Cancellation Policy

Introduction The MC2 Social Club (hereafter referred to as "the Club") is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for individuals to connect, socialize, and engage in various activities. This policy outlines the requirements, responsibilities, and expectations for membership in the Club. 1. Membership Eligibility 1.1 Age Requirement Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. 1.2 Application Process Interested individuals must complete a membership application form, which includes basic personal information and acknowledgment of the Club’s policies. All applications will be reviewed by the Membership Committee, and acceptance is subject to approval. 1.3 Membership Dues Members are required to pay annual membership dues, which will be determined by the Board of Directors and reviewed annually. Dues must be paid in full by the specified deadline to maintain membership status. 2. Code of Conduct 2.1 Respect and Inclusion All members are expected to treat one another with respect, dignity, and kindness. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. 2.2 Participation Members are encouraged to actively participate in Club events and activities. Attendance at a minimum of one event per quarter is recommended. 2.3 Communication Members should communicate openly and constructively with one another, especially when providing feedback or raising concerns. 3. Rights and Responsibilities 3.1 Member Rights All members have the right to: Attend and participate in Club events. Run for elected positions within the Club. Voice opinions and concerns during meetings. Access Club resources and materials. 3.2 Member Responsibilities All members are responsible for: Upholding the Club’s values and policies. Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Not engaging in malicious behaviors that could harm the Club’s reputation or the well-being of its members. 4. Meetings and Voting 4.1 Regular Meetings The Club will hold regular meetings (frequency to be determined) to discuss Club business and upcoming events. 4.2 Voting Rights Each member in good standing is entitled to one vote during official Club meetings and elections. Voting may occur in person or via electronic means as determined by the Board. 5. Disciplinary Actions 5.1 Grounds for Disciplinary Action The Club reserves the right to take disciplinary action for violations of this policy, including but not limited to: Disrespectful behavior toward other members.
